Chow San is self-taught photographer, and his photographs reflect his personal sense of humor. From 2010 to 2020, he sharply and tenderly captured the funny moments around him - the unsuspecting locals on the street, the influx of Chinese tourists in large numbers, and the eccentricities that followed, and all kinds of seemingly nonsensical scenes that helps people resonate in the humor.
Born in Hong Kong in 1982, started photography in 2010. Chow San's street photography do not contain much elements of events in them. They are more like fragments of daily episodes, which achieve another viewing balance outside of the traditional photography theory.
