Julia Van Haaften
Julia Van Haaften was the founding curator of the New York Public Library’s photography collection in 1980 and was instrumental in furthering digital initiatives at the library and the Museum of the City of New York. Now, Julia is a consultant, author and independent curator specializing in photography history, collections and exhibitions, museum collections planning and mission-fit, digitization, and information architecture for discoverablity and contextualization.
