Takehiko Nakafuji's photobook 'White Noise,' delves into the heart of Japan's bustling capital, Tokyo. Nakajima started shooting this series after the Fukushima nuclear plant disaster on March 11, 2011, and laments, "The monster of Tokyo did not stop its onward march. Life goes on and the conflict between the lively old streets and inhuman redevelopments continues, and Tokyo continues as a demon city of swirling energy, spinning out of control” Nakafuji's photographs of Tokyo are dynamic and eclectic, blending different genres and styles. From gritty black-and-white street photography to vividly colorful architectural shots, the series captures the city's diverse energy.
