以老子的“自然论”为基础，木格的系列作品不是从入侵者或观察者的角度，而是以局内人、归属者的角度来看待物体、风景和地点，给予他的拍摄对象必要的空间来风化、成长、腐烂、并且简单地存在。穆格的图像分为三个部分（“静物”、“山水”和“风景”），利用象征主义和隐喻在书页之间建立更大的联系。书的三个部分相互堆叠，形成楼梯般的设计，每张照片都以黑色和灰色印刷，并根据每张照片的精致状态，“用光油、哑光油或特殊颜色的油”完成。目的。”
