We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact info@zontiga.com. Once approved, a return link will be provided via the shipping partner.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Pickup is available at our PJ and KL stores during operating hours.
Orders placed before 12PM are typically ready on the same day (during operating hours, excluding closing periods) if you choose to pickup from KL branch. For PJ, orders will be ready within 3 days at the latest.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
The camera is covered by Lola with a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If the camera is found to be defective during the warranty period, Lola or its supplier will repair or replace the product at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage, is not covered.
To make a warranty claim, retain your original receipt and contact us for assistance.
