《在他鄉》是台灣攝影家阮義忠歐洲攝影隨筆集。一卷卷二十多年前拍完之後便束之高閣的底片，為一段他鄉之旅，揭開序幕。法國、西班牙、葡萄牙、捷克、匈牙利，86篇隨筆與攝影作品記錄了阮義忠為《攝影家》雜誌奔波組稿的見聞，也勾勒出那些古老城市的鮮活日常。這些影像紀錄既是對當代國際攝影潮流的珍貴回顧與展望，也是阮義忠對於他鄉的人、事、物的追憶與整理。
阮義忠，著名攝影家，1950年生於台灣省宜蘭縣。先後在《幼獅文藝》《漢聲》雜誌任職，開始攝影生涯。1988年起在台北藝術大學任教，1992年創辦《攝影家》雜誌。1999年起隨證嚴法師行腳，為佛教慈濟基金會工作。2013年，開始在海峽兩岸開辦攝影工作坊，旨在傳授其在攝影方面的畢生之所學，弘揚攝影的人文精神。一直堅持用傳統的暗房工藝沖洗照片，其紀實攝影作品充滿濃厚的人文關懷，被譽為「世界攝影之於中國的啟蒙者與傳道者」。
