The Zontiga Photobook Library is a shared reference space for anyone interested in photography. We invite visitors to browse freely, spend time with the books and enjoy the collection with care and consideration for others.

To help us preserve the collection and keep the library welcoming for everyone:

• All books and materials are for on-site reference only and may not be removed from the library.
• Please handle books with clean and dry hands. Some publications may be fragile, rare or difficult to replace.
• Please do not write, mark, fold, cut, remove or otherwise alter any part of a publication.
• Food and drinks should be kept away from books and library materials.
• Please return books to the designated return area after reading rather than reshelving them yourself.
• Visitors are welcome to photograph books for personal reference, unless otherwise indicated. Please be mindful of copyright and the rights of photographers, artists, authors and publishers.
• Please keep conversations and phone use at a considerate level so that others can enjoy the space.
• Children are welcome but should be supervised by an accompanying adult when handling library materials.
• Certain rare, fragile or special publications may have restricted access or require assistance from our team.
• Please follow any additional instructions from Zontiga staff regarding the handling or use of library materials.

The Zontiga Photobook Library is a privately operated reference library provided for educational, research, cultural and personal appreciation purposes.

Information contained in the library catalogue, including titles, authors, photographers, publishers, publication dates, descriptions and other bibliographic information, is provided for general reference. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate records, Zontiga does not guarantee that all catalogue information is complete, current or error-free.

The inclusion of a publication in the Zontiga Photobook Library does not constitute endorsement by Zontiga of the views, opinions or content expressed within it. Publications may contain material reflecting the perspectives, cultural contexts or time periods in which they were produced.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in publications and their contents remain with their respective photographers, artists, authors, publishers and rights holders. Access to materials in the library does not grant permission for reproduction, publication, distribution or commercial use.

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings while using the library. Zontiga is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Visitors may be held responsible for loss of or damage to library materials resulting from misuse, negligence or failure to follow library guidelines. Zontiga reserves the right to restrict access to particular materials or to the library where necessary to protect the collection, the space or other visitors.

Library access, opening hours, policies, available materials and services may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
