We accept film processing and negative scanning orders via our film drop-box and by mail and express delivery service (Grab/Lalamove).

/ Film Drop-Box Orders / Instructions

Our film drop-box is open 24/7 and is located on the ground floor entrance to Zontiga (next to Awegallery) in Taman Paramount, PJ. 


1) Fill in this order form before placing your film in the drop-box. 

2) Place your film into the Zontiga drop-box with your name, contact number and email address attached.

3) We will contact you via email with payment instructions once we have collected your film rolls :)


/ Mail-in Orders

1) Fill in this order form before mailing in your film. 

2) Ensure your name, contact number and email address is written in the package with your film.

3) If you are using Grab or Lalamove to send us your film, please check that our store is open or ask the driver to place your film into our film drop-box (see above 'Zontiga Film Drop-Box' for more details). 

4) Send us your film!

5) We will contact you via email with payment instructions once we have received your film rolls :)

/ Compulsory Postage Fee for all Film Drop-Box / Mail-in Orders

Please note, all film drop-box and mail-in orders will be charged a postage fee for us to return your negatives. 

Your negatives are your copyright and returning them to you is our responsibility. Please understand that we cannot process drop-box/mail-in orders without postage paid.

/ Refund on Postage Conditions for Film Drop-Box & Mail-in Orders

Customers may no longer request to self-collect their negatives.
All drop-box orders will be automatically returned to customers via post.

However, if you manage to drop by our store to pick up your negatives before they are scheduled for delivery, you will receive a refund on the postage fee paid.

Your negatives are ready for collection once you receive your scanned negatives via WeTransfer.
